I served in the US Army from 1997 to 2003, serving in Korea and Germany while deploying to many other countries like Bosnia, Greece, Kosovo, Iraq and more. I will always be proud to have served my country.

Anxiety, stress and depression is something I have struggled with for many years and at one point in time my hair started falling out and my acne was out of control. Although hair shedding is apart of the cycle my hair was falling out in patches. After trying many different products with no improvement, I started studying natural health and beauty traditions from around the world and eventually created an oil mixture that helped me grow my hair back. The Essence & Grace hair products, aromatherapy candles and lotions line grew from there.
